Two neighbors. One couch conversation.

Coastal Connect was born from a couch conversation between two neighbors — one a working realtor in the Myrtle Beach area, the other a business owner who already runs a residential service company on the South Carolina coast.

We were discussing the needs of the local industry — properties needing small fixes before showings, the back-and-forth of finding the right person, the friction of trying to schedule work into a calendar that's already moving. The work is there. The skilled people who can do it are there. What's missing is the bridge.

We quickly saw the same gap was everywhere — not just in real estate. Homeowners with weekend projects. Property managers between tenants. Business owners needing a storefront repair. AirBnB hosts on turnover. Anyone with a job that needs done. The trades community is right here in the coastal area — we just needed a way to connect.

Coastal Connect is that bridge. A simple, transparent introduction layer. Anyone can post the work they need. Partners pick up the ones that fit their schedule. The whole thing happens on the site — no phone tag, no callback queue, no paid-directory monthly fees. Just real people, doing real work, with real businesses, getting connected.

From the moment you connect, communication is between you and them. We don't sit in the middle of the work.

For partners: log in, see what's open, pick what fits your schedule. Decline anything that doesn't — no explanation needed. Just having access to the board means having access to every job. The work is the work. The most responsive partners earn the most. Fair playing field.

Coastal Connect is a DBA of Beyond Clean Solutions LLC — a South Carolina-formed residential services company serving the Little River community and the surrounding Myrtle Beach area. BCS handles yard cleanup, interior repairs, paint, fixture replacement, and trim work directly, and has spent years building relationships with the local trades community that Coastal Connect now formalizes into a network.

The neighborhood conversation that started this idea was a literal couch chat with the realtor who became the first client. From day one the door has been open to anyone — homeowners, property managers, business owners, realtors alike — with a job that needs done. The focus is on the work, not the introduction.
